Exodus 3:4
When the Lord saw that he, Moses, turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And Moses said, “here I am.”
Psalm 116: 1,2 I love the Lord, because he hears my voice and my supplications. Because he has inclined his ear to me, therefore I shall call upon him as long as I live.
Do you see this? Do you see the conversation? The burning bush was the initiation of a conversation that God wanted to have with Moses and He waited until Moses “turned aside” to acknowledge, to look.
In the same way, when we initiate a conversation with the Lord with our “burning questions or thoughts” we wait, knowing He WILL incline (Hebrew Word natar also means to turn) His ear and say too “Here am I”.
I love the Lord because He hears my voice! It doesn’t just reach His hearing. He has purposefully inclined His ear (turned towards me) to hear me.
