The Lord gave the word; great was the company of those who proclaimed it. Psalm 68:11

His Rhythm

Yesterday, I had resigned to release my home to the Lord to do as He would, all the while believing that the contract had been broken and the potential buyer had changed his mind – because we had not heard from him – because he had not responded to calls or texts from us.

The report was “obvious”…. Even my agent tried but no response.

He sent his people to look at it several times, and to see how much it would cost to repair. I had no word in the interim.

Well, glory to God! The potential buyer was away from his business phone – the phone number we had. He was on vacation with his family and had just gotten back yesterday evening. He told our agent yes, he still wanted and we are ready to close in 2 weeks.

What a suddenly! What a bad report I was ready to give! When we are stuck upside down for so long, we are used to gasping for breath!

Breathe in
Breathe out

Psalm 107:1 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.

He moves
We give thanks
He speaks
We give thanks
He sings
We give thanks

It’s like breathing. The rhythm of the Spirit and the Bride.
As we become more fluent in the rhythm, the inhales become deeper, and the exhales become longer and without stops.

Inhale two three four five
Exhale two three four five six seven
Inhale two three four five
Exhale two three four five six seven
Inhale two three four five
His Breath two three four five six seven

Listen two three for five
Sing Aloud two three for five six seven
Listen two three for five
Sing Aloud two three for five six seven
Listen two three for five
His Song

Swing Forth two three four five
Swing Back two three four five six seven
Swing Forth two three four five
Swing Back two three four five six seven
Swing Forth two three four five
His Rhythm

Lesson learned.
