My Bow of Bronze
Psalm 18: 31 For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God?
32 It is God who arms me with strength,
And makes my way perfect.
33 He makes my feet like the feet of deer,
And sets me on my high places.
34 He teaches my hands to make war,
So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
Sometimes, especially lately, I feel as if I am trying too hard to be spiritual and it doesn’t work. When I write these blogs, I mostly write for myself, and for the Lord. I don’t send these words out unless I’m specifically directed to. It is because I am called as a scribe and HAVE to get all the information in my head down in print or blog, in THIS manner or else I cannot think well.
I HAVE to get all the information out of my head. I have not arrived.
A scribe is NOT a writer, necessarily, although the printed word is a weapon, or tool. A scribe is one who listens for the word of God and writes it as she hears it.
What does it all look like BEFORE she slays the enemy with a word that is as a bow of bronze?
Think of a bottleneck traffic jam. I am a storer of information.
So, most of the time I will take my thoughts and release them, then ask Him to redeem them. I hold these thoughts to the Lord and ask “What do YOU say?”
The more I write, the more I hear from Him. The less I write, the more it becomes like a cluttered room of hoarded things and I cannot find the treasure buried somewhere in there.
That said, this morning’s psalm is Psalm 18.
All my life, I have been an information junkie. Information has been my “bow of bronze”. Sometimes I get jealous of others who have a certain gift that I want and then He reminds me what my bow of bronze is. It is not to slay people! There is not an arrow with the bow of bronze – how can I skillfully hit my target with an arrow if I cannot yet bend the bow?
Practice, practice, practice. And more practice. And showing people how much stronger my arms are becoming because I can bend this bow, I can bend it more consistently, I can bend it with more ease, I can bend it further back.
The “messengers” to my brain often tell me “nobody is taking what you say seriously” or “you don’t have a word” but the “messengers” aren’t delivering the message from God.
He trains my fingers for war so that I can slay the enemy with a word that is as a bow of bronze.

Now I Will Arise
Jezebel, Jezebel, your power is diminished!
Jezebel, Jezebel, your beauty is gone!
Jezebel, Jezebel, your reign is finished!
Against Leviathan, now, has the Sword been drawn!
Christian, Christian, what are you speaking?
Christian, Christian, what do I hear?
Christian, Christian, are you self-seeking?
Or am I, the Lord, the One you fear?
My people! My people! Let the coal touch your lips
My people! My People! Speak pure words alone
My people! My people! Let My Spirit eclipse
Your heart, for I am arising up from My Throne!
James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is adouble-minded
man, unstable in all his ways.
2 Kings 18: 21 And Elijah came to all the people, and said, “How long will youfalter between two opinions?
If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.”Isaiah 6:5 So I said:
“Woe is me, for I am undone!
Because I am a man of unclean lips,
And I dwell in the midst of a people ofunclean lips;
For my eyes have seen the King,
The Lord of hosts.”6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar.
7 And he touched my mouth with it, and said:“Behold, this has touched your lips;
Your iniquity is taken away,
And your sin purged.”
Psalm 12:1 Help, Lord, for the godly man ceases!
For the faithful disappear from among the sons of men.2 They speak idly everyone with his neighbor;
With flattering lips and a double heart double heart they speak.
5 “For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy,
Now I will arise,” says the Lord;
“I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.”6 The words of the Lord are pure words,
Like silver tried in a furnace of earth,
Purified seven times.
7 You shall keep them, O Lord,
You shall preserve them from this generation forever.8 The wicked prowl on every side,
When vileness is exalted among the sons of men.

The Good Old Days
Nice fantasy isn’t it?
When He calls you out
Don’t look back
When He says move forward
Don’t look back
When He says
renew your mind
Make sure your
heart and spirit align
When He says eyes straight
Don’t look back
Don’t long for the days of Egypt
Your mind don’t remember pain
It only remembers the food and the song
You rehearse the good times
Again and again
When He says Lets go
Don’t linger
When He says Follow me
Don’t hinder
When He says it’s time to crossover the line
But you are still thinking bout yesterday’s wine
Remember Lot’s wife
She died longing the time
It was good in the good ole daysGenesis 19: 1 Now the two angels came to Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground.
And he said, “Here now, my lords, please turn in to your servant’s house and spend the night, and wash your feet; then you may rise early and go on your way.”And they said, “No, but we will spend the night in the open square.”
3 But he insisted strongly; so they turned in to him and entered his house. Then he made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate.
4 Now before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, both old and young, all the people from every quarter, surrounded the house.
vs 5 And they called to Lot and said to him, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us that we may know them carnally.”6 So Lot went out to them through the doorway, shut the door behind him, 7 and said, “Please, my brethren, do not do so wickedly!
vs 8 See now, I have two daughters who have not known a man; please, let me bring them out to you, and you may do to them as you wish; only do nothing to these men, since this is the reason they have come under the shadow of my roof.”9 And they said, “Stand back!” Then they said, “This one came in to stay here, and he keeps acting as a judge; now we will deal worse with you than with them.” So they pressed hard against the man Lot, and came near to break down the door. 10 But the men reached out their hands and pulled Lot into the house with them, and shut the door. 11 And they struck the men who were at the doorway of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they became weary trying to find the door.
Sodom and Gomorrah Destroyed
12 Then the men said to Lot, “Have you anyone else here? Son-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whomever you have in the city—take them out of this place! 13 For we will destroy this place, because the outcry against them has grown great before the face of the Lord, and the Lord has sent us to destroy it.”
14 So Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who had married his daughters, and said, “Get up, get out of this place; for the Lord will destroy this city!” But to his sons-in-law he seemed to be joking.
15 When the morning dawned, the angels urged Lot to hurry, saying, “Arise, take your wife and your two daughters who are here, lest you be consumed in the punishment of the city.” 16 And while he lingered, the men took hold of his hand, his wife’s hand, and the hands of his two daughters, the Lord being merciful to him, and they brought him out and set him outside the city. 17 So it came to pass, when they had brought them outside, that [b]he said, “Escape for your life! Do not look behind you nor stay anywhere in the plain. Escape to the mountains, lest you be destroyed.”
18 Then Lot said to them, “Please, no, my lords! 19 Indeed now, your servant has found favor in your sight, and you have increased your mercy which you have shown me by saving my life; but I cannot escape to the mountains, lest some evil overtake me and I die. 20 See now, this city is near enough to flee to, and it is a little one; please let me escape there (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.”
21 And he said to him, “See, I have favored you concerning this thing also, in that I will not overthrow this city for which you have spoken. 22 Hurry, escape there. For I cannot do anything until you arrive there.”
Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.
23 The sun had risen upon the earth when Lot entered Zoar. 24 Then the Lord rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the Lord out of the heavens. 25 So He [e]overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground.
26 But his wife looked back behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
27 And Abraham went early in the morning to the place where he had stood before the Lord. 28 Then he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain; and he saw, and behold, the smoke of the land which went up like the smoke of a furnace. 29 And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot had dwelt.

Lions, wake up! Now!
The time for more teaching and convincing of the truth is drawing to a close. The time for acting upon what He said is here. It doesn’t take years and decades to believe Him. And it won’t take a long time for many of the lost to believe in supernatural things.
Many are wrestling with God because we don’t believe Him. Unbelief is one of the biggest enemies in the body of Christ.
Stop saying “If it be thy will!” Know His will! Don’t ask Him for anything without knowing His will because if you have to ask without knowing His will, then you have something else to pray about. Knowing Him.
Did God say that we can say to a mountain “Be removed and cast into the sea?” Then move toward the vision He gave you and overcome the mountain in your way. If you don’t have a vision, then get one. Now.
Did God say that we would cast out demons and heal the sick? Then stop giving the devil and sickness credit for everything. Be healed and go heal. Be delivered and go deliver. Now.
Did God say that we would raise the dead? Then raise the dead. Go into the hospitals and to the cemeteries and get over your unbelief. Now.
Did God say that He would provide all our needs according to His riches in glory? Then stop talking about how much you lost during the covid years and how much the price of gas and food is. Now.
Did He say “Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world?” Then start seeing the Greater God who lives inside you. Now.
Is God “the-Lord-Your-Peace?” Then will He not give Peace? Then be still and know He is God. Now.
Did God say “I will not strive with flesh forever?” Then how long will He strive with flesh? Flesh cannot enter the kingdom. We are entering the Kingdom age. The church age is being put behind us. The transition will be a clashing of kingdoms.
It’s time for the lions to awaken from their slumber. Now.
The Lion of the Tribe of Judah is advancing the kingdom. Now.

Compare and Contrast
Many have noticed a separation taking place of the sheep and goat nations, and the wheat and tares sown within the church. I think we will continue to see the separation taking place and it will be both glorious and troubling.
While on the one hand, we can praise God that we are in His favor and grace, and we are receiving blessings, but on the other hand, others that are being separated, many we loved, are reaping the consequences of the actions and intents of their heart and spirit. May God have mercy upon us all.
Father, I ask for the soberness of spirit to be able to praise You for all You have delivered us from and brought us through, and mourn at the same time, for our nation and others, while we embark on the “Compare and Contrast” season ahead. Help us to keep our heart and emotions steadfast.
Psalm 1:1 Blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked [following their advice and example],
Nor stand in the path of sinners,
Nor sit [down to rest] in the seat of scoffers (ridiculers).
2
But his delight is in the law of the Lord,
And on His law [His precepts and teachings] he [habitually] meditates day and night.
3
And he will be like a tree firmly planted [and fed] by streams of water,
Which yields its fruit in its season;
Its leaf does not wither;
And in whatever he does, he prospers [and comes to maturity].4
The wicked [those who live in disobedience to God’s law] are not so,
But they are like the chaff [worthless and without substance] which the wind blows away.
5
Therefore the wicked will not stand [unpunished] in the judgment,
Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6
For the Lord knows and fully approves the way of the righteous,
But the way of the wicked shall perish.
